Fully automated vision inspection cell was purpose built to examine all six sides of each container with speeds up to 1 container every 3.5 seconds. Using SICK Inspector cameras, the system captures high resolution images from multiple angles, allowing for real time detection of imperfections, surface defects, or structural damage.
A servo driven linear axis enables accurate positioning throughout the inspection cycle, while the dual gripping heads grasp the containers while indexing, ensuring consistent handling and throughput.
By integrating advanced vision systems with precise motion control, we’ve created a robust solution that enhances quality control and losses through damaged or imperfect containers leaving the factory.
