We supply robotic systems for injection moulding processes. Including part loading, unloading, handling, and downstream processing.

We provide automation equipment for part handling after moulding. This includes removal from the tool, flash separation, sprue cutting, and controlled part placement onto conveyors or into fixtures. From there, parts can be directed through cooling stations, oriented correctly, or transferred for further processing.

Additional options include in line checking for defects, automated stacking, part counting, labelling, and sorting. These can be built into the cell or positioned downstream, depending on the workspace.

Insert loaders
Feed metal or plastic inserts into the mould tool before each cycle

Part pickers
Remove moulded parts cleanly and quickly after ejection

Conveyors
Transfer finished parts away from the machine for further processing

Vision systems
Check part quality, shape, orientation, and presence of defects
Counting systems
Accurately track and batch parts as they come off the line

Stacking and packing units
Automatically group and prepare parts for boxing or further assembly

Sprue removal
Separate runners and waste from good parts for recycling or disposal

Cooling stations
Hold parts in place post moulding to avoid deformation
