Panel Building

Automation | Process | Motion | Building Management | Safety | Machine

We specialise in the design and manufacture of bespoke electrical control panels, supplying solutions for industrial and commercial applications across a wide range of sectors. Each project begins with a detailed consultation to understand your operational requirements, followed by tailored design and engineering that ensures optimal system performance. Whether it's a standalone motor control panel or a fully integrated PLC-based system, our control panels are built with functionality, efficiency and scalability in mind.

Developed around your specification

Once we understand your requirements, we design and build a solution that does exactly what’s needed. Whether you have a full specification or just a few key points, we take that and develop a control system that’s built around your process, using the right components and layout to keep things simple, reliable, and easy to work with.

Built to your design

If you’ve already designed your cabinet, we can build it working directly from your electrical drawings, our team ensures every detail is followed exactly as specified. We take care of sourcing, assembly, testing, and quality checks, so you get a fully built, ready-to-install panel that meets your design.

Installed and Commissioned

We can simply supply the finished cabinet, or take it a step further with full delivery, installation, and commissioning. Our team will handle everything on site, Installation, wiring, and commissioning, making sure the system is up and running as intended.

Installation & Commissioning

We provide comprehensive support for every system we build, managing the entire process from delivery to on site training and aftercare. Each system is rigorously validated to meet industry standards and your specific requirements. We provide on site training, equipping your team with the knowledge to operate and maintain the system confidently

For clients who prefer a more hands-on approach, we also offer flexible alternatives such as build-and-deliver services, allowing your team or chosen contractor to install and commission the system at your convenience. We’re happy to work with free-issued components and customer-supplied drawings, ensuring seamless integration with your existing standards and stock. Whether you require full installation and commissioning or simply a professionally built, tested panel ready for delivery, we tailor our service to suit the needs of your project.

We regularly build panels to customer specifications, including detailed wiring schematics, layout drawings, and component preferences. Whether you’re an OEM with your own design standards or an end user replicating an existing system, we ensure every panel is assembled to the highest quality and fully compliant with your documentation. Our team will highlight any clashes or omissions before build, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

If you prefer to supply your own components, we’re happy to accommodate. Many customers choose to issue key parts from their own inventory, whether to meet internal procurement policies, maintain consistency across multiple systems, or control specific manufacturer choices. We’ll cross-check all free-issued items for compatibility, advise on any potential risks or shortages, and ensure everything is installed to a professional, certifiable standard.

This flexible, collaborative approach allows us to support a wide range of projects, from one-off custom builds to repeat production runs with the same attention to detail and commitment to quality. Whether you need a fully managed solution or a reliable build partner for your own designs, we’re here to help.
