Bespoke Plastics Welding Solutions
At Rise Automation, we specialise in delivering bespoke automated welding systems for thermoplastic welding. Our solutions use heated‑plate fusion technology to provide a consistent and reliable method for joining plastic tubes. By automating the welding process, from tube positioning and alignment to heating, joining and cooling, we ensure repeatable high quality welds with minimal operator input at a higher throughput.
Our bespoke solutions allow for simultaneous welding of up to four tubes using a servo actuated carriers. By using servos and precision fixtures, each tube is aligned and held during the melt and weld phases, resulting in uniform welds on each product. This four-tube simultaneous capability significantly increases productivity, reduces cycle times, and improves repeatability, as typical hot‑plate technology is now applied in a multi station format.
All our solutions are supplied with user interfaces that allow operators to select and save welding recipes, change parameters such as plate temperature, dwell time and press force. The touch screen provides parameter adjustment, system diagnostics and data logs, enabling easy set up, loading of formats and real time monitoring.
