Bucket Rotation
When palletising buckets, correct orientation is essential to ensure both handles and labels are positioned consistently for storage, transport, and presentation. Our bucket rotation systems provide accurate positioning at high speeds, with options for in-line and end-of-line installation.
Our end of line bucket rotation systems are designed to ensure every bucket reaches the palletising stage in the correct orientation. Handle position is key, if a handle is out of place, it can catch in grippers or disrupt stacking, leading to downtime and unnecessary stoppages.
The rotation system aligns each bucket automatically. Rollers clamp each bucket and rotates while sensors monitor the orientation. Once aligned, the bucket is released and transferred downstream towards the palletising cell, ready for reliable pick up and placement.
