Twin Bay Laser Welding Cell
Our one-in one-out laser welding cell is designed for businesses with higher throughput demands. This system enables the simultaneous handling of two separate parts. While the robot welds within the left cell, the right cell unlocks – allowing the operator to safely remove the finished component and load the next one, ready for welding.

Bespoke Welding Solutions
This bespoke overhead gantry was developed specifically for laser welding applications. It features an inverted Doosan cobot, suspended from the gantry to maximise workspace flexibility and enhance access to the weld area.
Paired with a LightWELD laser welding unit, the system delivers a compact and highly efficient solution for precision welding. By suspending the cobot overhead, we removed the need for floor mounted equipment, improving workspace availability and maintaining a cleaner, more streamlined working environment.
