RH Vertical Form Fill Seal
The RH vertical form fill seal machine, available in either mild steel or stainless steel, is a reliable mid speed solution tailored for moderate production rates. It accommodates bag lengths from 60 to 800 mm and operates at speeds of up to 70 bags per minute, depending on bag size and product type, making it an excellent choice for steady paced production needs.
RL Vertical Form Fill Seal
The RL vertical form fill seal machine is our ultra large model, offered in both mild steel and stainless steel options. Designed for large bag filling applications, it supports bag lengths from 100 to 800 mm and reaches speeds of up to 25 bags per minute, depending on bag dimensions and product characteristics. This model is an optimal solution for operations requiring reliable, high capacity bagging for oversized products.

How VFFS Machines Work
A Vertical Form Fill Seal machine automates the process of creating sealed bags from a roll of flat packaging film. The film is fed into the machine, shaped into a tube by a forming collar, and sealed along its edges using heat or pressure. The machine then fills the bag with the product (such as snacks, liquids, or powders) before sealing the top and cutting it off, producing a ready to use packet. This process is efficient and widely used in industries for packaging a variety of products.
